2. Booking and Confirmation

You may request services through our website or official communication channels. An enquiry does not automatically confirm a booking.

Before confirmation, we explain the service scope, schedule, charges, payment requirements, and cancellation arrangements. Your booking is confirmed when we communicate acceptance and receive any agreed advance payment.

Changes to the service location, duration, or care requirements must be discussed with us and may affect availability and charges.

3. Consent and Authorized Representatives

Patients must consent to care where they are able to do so. Anyone arranging care for another person must have appropriate authority.

For children, consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian. Where a patient needs an authorized representative, we may request confirmation of that person’s authority.

Agreement to pay for a service does not automatically give someone authority to make medical decisions or access confidential patient information.

4. Patient Information and Care Assessment

Please provide accurate information about the patient’s health conditions, allergies, medications, mobility, relevant infection risks, and medical instructions.

We may request an assessment or relevant medical documents before accepting a booking. Please inform us promptly if the patient’s condition or care requirements change.

If the requested service cannot adequately meet the patient’s needs, we will discuss alternative arrangements or recommend a more appropriate level of care.

5. Scope of Nursing and Care

Our personnel perform tasks appropriate to their qualifications, professional responsibilities, and the agreed care plan.

Our services support medical treatment and daily care. They do not replace diagnosis, prescribing, specialist treatment, or necessary hospital care.

Injections, IV fluids, wound treatment, and other clinical procedures require appropriate medical instructions and assessment. Staff may pause or decline a procedure if the instructions are unclear, essential supplies are unavailable, or the procedure would be unsafe.

Treatment and medication changes must be directed by an appropriately authorized healthcare professional.

6. Emergency and On-Call Nursing Care

Requests for nursing support may be made at any time. Attendance depends on the patient’s needs, location, transport conditions, and staff availability. Expected arrival arrangements will be discussed when the request is assessed.

On-call nursing does not guarantee immediate attendance or replace ambulance services or emergency hospital treatment.

For a serious or life-threatening emergency, seek immediate emergency medical assistance. Our personnel may contact emergency responders or recommend hospital transfer when necessary.

7. Patient and Family Responsibilities

Patients and families are expected to:

  • Provide relevant medical information and report changes promptly.

  • Make agreed medication, equipment, and care supplies available.

  • Provide access to the patient and a suitable environment for care.

  • Follow agreed visit schedules and shift arrangements.

  • Treat personnel respectfully and maintain a workplace free from harassment, violence, and unsafe conditions.

  • Identify a contact person for care coordination.

Household tasks are included only when specifically agreed. Personnel must not be asked to perform unsafe tasks or duties outside their professional scope.

8. Hospital Nursing Care

Hospital nursing services are subject to the hospital’s permission, rules, infection-control requirements, and clinical instructions.

Please confirm that the hospital allows additional private nursing personnel. If hospital restrictions affect a booking, notify us promptly so we can discuss suitable arrangements.

9. Staff Assignment and Replacement

Personnel are assigned according to the patient’s care requirements and availability. A particular staff member is guaranteed only when expressly confirmed.

If an assigned person becomes unavailable, we will notify you and discuss a replacement or another suitable arrangement.

You may report concerns about assigned personnel or request a replacement. We will review the circumstances and discuss available options while considering continuity of care.

10. Charges and Payment

Service charges depend on the type of care, duration, location, staffing, and patient requirements.

Before you confirm a booking, we explain the agreed charges, payment schedule, and whether transport, medication, equipment, or consumables are included.

Additional services or extended hours may involve additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed with you.

Payments should be made through our approved payment channels. We provide a receipt or payment acknowledgment. Please contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.

11. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a service.

Any notice requirements, cancellation charges, or rescheduling conditions will be explained before booking and recorded in your booking confirmation.

Changes are subject to staff availability. We will discuss the available options and any agreed cost difference before confirming a revised arrangement.

12. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the services provided and the cancellation arrangements disclosed before booking.

If we cannot provide a confirmed service, we will offer an alternative for your agreement or refund the payment attributable to the service not provided.

Where a refund involves deductions, we will explain the calculation and its basis. The expected processing time will be communicated when the refund is confirmed.

These arrangements do not restrict rights or remedies available under applicable law.

13. Pausing or Ending Services

You may end services according to the cancellation arrangements agreed for your booking.

We may pause or end services if the patient needs a higher level of care, essential medical instructions are unavailable, personnel face unsafe conditions, or a significant booking obligation remains unresolved.

Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue, provide an opportunity to resolve it, and discuss notice and handover arrangements.

Outstanding charges and unused prepaid amounts will be reconciled according to the agreed terms.

14. Privacy and Confidentiality

We handle personal and patient information according to our Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

Patient information is shared only with authorized people or where another lawful basis permits disclosure. Family relationships alone do not automatically grant access to confidential records.

Separate permission is required before identifiable patient photographs, videos, or testimonials are used for promotional purposes.

15. Care Outcomes and Responsibility

We undertake to provide agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Care outcomes depend on the patient’s condition and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee recovery or a particular treatment result.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for negligence, misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Service Disruptions

Severe weather, transport disruption, public restrictions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect attendance.

We will communicate significant delays and discuss alternatives. Charges for services that cannot be provided will be addressed according to the agreed cancellation and refund arrangements.

17. Feedback and Complaints

Please contact us through our official communication channels with any concern about your service. Include the booking details and a description of the issue so we can review it.

We will acknowledge the complaint, investigate the concern, and communicate the proposed response. Our complaint process does not prevent you from contacting an appropriate authority or pursuing available legal remedies.

18. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

We encourage discussion to resolve service disputes. Where a dispute remains unresolved, either party may seek an available lawful remedy through an appropriate authority or competent court.

19. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or business arrangements. Updated terms apply to future bookings.

Material changes to an existing confirmed booking require agreement and will not be imposed retrospectively.
